Laura Hynes Smith and Audrey Luna team up as the dynamic duo - Détour de force - to perform music that is both familiar and foreign in an atmosphere that is interactive, theatrical, and spontaneous. Singing opera, oratorio, new music, jazz, cabaret, musical theatre and art song, they have performed in and out of the most famous concert halls and opera around the globe. From singing for ambassadors and presidents to appearing on television with Bozo the Clown, these two have got something special up their sleeves, and they’re not afraid to use it.
